  1. Summer Camp is a great place for kids. I went to summer camp when I was a kid and had a blast! They teach you a lot of things as well as how to be independant. Just being able to try different things is good for the development of kids overall. Summer Camp is definately something all kids need to experience!

Going to camp also gets the kids out of the parents hair for a week or two during the summer. Although that's not the most important reason for going parents do love the peace and quiet.
